Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Telecaller / Academic Counselor to connect with prospective students, understand their educational goals, provide course guidance, and support the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
Understand students’ educational requirements and career goals.
Provide information about courses, programs, admission procedures, and fees.
Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their interests.
Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Convert enquiries into admissions by providing effective counseling.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.




Achieve monthly calling and admission targets.

Requirements
Any Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English communication; knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage.
Previous experience in telecalling, academic counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
