Manage and monitor Pan-India Hub Operations from Surat.
Coordinate with Hub Managers and teams across India.
Ensure smooth Hub operations, productivity, and target achievement.
Manage Hub compliance, SOPs, audits, and documentation.
Monitor manpower, attendance, performance, and operational KPIs.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Admin, and Operations teams.
Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
Conduct Hub visits across India when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
