Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years

Job Responsibilities
Operate conventional lathe machines for production work.
Perform turning, facing, boring, threading, grooving, and drilling operations.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and job dimensions.
Set workpieces, cutting tools, and machine parameters as per requirements.
Use vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Check finished components for correct dimensions and surface finish.
Maintain cutting tools, machines, and work area properly.
Report machine problems, tool damage, or quality issues to the supervisor.




Achieve production targets while maintaining required quality.
Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of lathe machine operations.
Knowledge of cutting tools and measuring instruments.
Ability to understand basic technical drawings.
Valuable discipline and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a manufacturing workplace.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
