Brainstorm with team members to decide upon creative ideas to take the campaign, and pitches forward and help in making decisions for creative buckets.
Solid conceptual thinking and design execution abilities in both visual and interaction design
Creatively involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with the respective brands.
Stay updated with current trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices in design, art, and related fields.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience of 4 to 5 years within the art team in a marketing/advertising agency
Experience managing multiple projects and the ability to meet deadlines
