Job Description:

We are looking for a ADs Manager who will plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that generate quality leads, maximize ROI, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google ads campaign as well as in meta ads.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, also meta ads and whatsapp ads
Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including automation, API-based blasts, and lead nurturing.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets and conversion rates.
Generate qualified leads while maintaining the target cost per acquisition (CPA).
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
Ensure campaigns comply with Google Ads policies and best practices.





Client & Team Management:
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, assign tasks, and review performance.
Conduct regular meetings with existing clients to present reports, discuss performance, and suggest recent strategies.
Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Assist in on boarding recent clients

Strategy & Reporting:
Develop and implement overall digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and team activities.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
