Job Summary

The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for driving business across Delhi NCR.

The role involves managing DSA relationships, leading a team of ABMs and SMs, achieving

business targets, and expanding the Prime mortgage business.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust relationships with DSAs.

Lead and guide a team of ABMs and SMs.

Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

Identify recent business opportunities and expand the market.

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan

processing.

Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.

Monitor team performance and business MIS.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/MBA preferred.

8–12 years of experience in Mortgage/LAP/Home Loan sales.

Solid network with DSAs across Delhi NCR.

Experience in leading sales teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.

Travel Requirement

Extensive travel across Delhi NCR is mandatory.
