Position: Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic Sales Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in Industrial Automation sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Control Panels, and Automation Solutions to customers across manufacturing, process industries, OEMs, and EPC companies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage business prospects for Industrial Automation products and solutions.
Generate recent leads and acquire customers through field visits, networking, and market research.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
Coordinate with the design, proposal, and execution teams for timely project completion.




Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Update CRM/ERP with customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills
Experience in selling PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Industrial Automation, Control Panels, MCC, PCC, or Instrumentation Solutions.
Solid understanding of automation systems and industrial processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel for customer meetings and business development.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
