Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment: Check and record vital signs, observe symptoms, and evaluate changes in physical or mental status.
Medical Administration: Give oral and intravenous (IV) medications, manage injections, and maintain fluid lines.
Care Coordination: Work with doctors, therapists, and other staff to implement and update individualized treatment plans.
Patient Education: Teach patients and families how to manage injuries, handle at-home care, and understand discharge instructions.
Documentation: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of medical histories, treatments given, and patient responses.
Safety and Hygiene: Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean, secure workplace.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
