Our restaurant serves authentic Chettinad cuisine alongside carefully prepared Indian and international dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Kitchen Commis II to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of food.
Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned kitchen section.
Follow food safety and HACCP procedures.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Assist with mise en place before each service.
Help with stock rotation and minimizing food waste.
Work efficiently during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Maintain a positive attitude and work well as part of a small, dedicated team.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience as a Commis II or Commis III in a hotel or quality restaurant, with certificates
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine; familiarity with South Indian cuisine is an advantage.
Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
