Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and exposure to day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting documents.
Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Help prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payments and documentation.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.




Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is an advantage.
Solid analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a qualified setting.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
