Job Summary

The PPC & Operations Engineer will support production planning, scheduling, material coordination, and daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely delivery, optimum resource utilization, and smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Update production reports, MIS, and planning records.
Track machine utilization and production efficiency.
Follow up on material availability and coordinate with Stores and Purchase.
Ensure timely completion of customer orders.
Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and minimize production delays.
Assist in capacity planning and manpower allocation.
Prepare production schedules based on customer requirements.
Maintain ERP entries and production-related documentation.
Support implementation of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.




Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
Understanding of manufacturing processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferred).
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CNC/VMC manufacturing processes.
Understanding of BOM, Routing, and Production Scheduling.
Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain concepts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
