Roles and Responsibilities
Provide 2D / 3D drafting using AutoCAD software in delivering Shop Drawing (working drawing) packages for Facade/Curtain wall Projects and prepare material schedules.
Sound knowledge of CAD design and drafting techniques, Architectural drawing reading
Should have Industrial and Commercial projects.
Assist in the delivery of detailed facade tender packages using Architectural tender drawing packages for facade / curtain wall projects
Produce details of facade systems based on Architectural sketches
Manage time to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines
Ability to work to tight deadlines, Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Need to work on Estimation, Quantity take-offs, shop drawings, manufacturing drawings as per industry standards
To follow & upgrade design processes to ensure accurate & timely completion of projects, Manage estimated hours for tasks.
Meet or exceed mandatory career development guidelines, Maintain effective communication internally & externally
