Production Manager – Home Textiles

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage weaving, yarn/fabric dyeing, printing, and processing operations. The candidate will lead departmental subordinates and ensure production is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor production according to order and shipment schedules.
Allocate work to suitable weaving, dyeing, printing, and processing vendors.
Ensure vendors follow approved specifications, colours, designs, and quality standards.
Coordinate yarn and fabric movement between outsourced vendors.
Control quality, wastage, process losses, shortages, rejection, and reprocessing.
Resolve production delays and implement corrective action to meet delivery dates.
Coordinate with merchandising, quality, sourcing, stores, logistics, and commercial teams.




Maintain work-in-progress reports, vendor documents, and material reconciliation.
Evaluate vendor and team performance for quality, cost, compliance, and timely delivery.

Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience in home-textile manufacturing and export production.
Solid knowledge of weaving, dyeing, printing, and fabric processing.
Experience managing outsourced vendors and production teams.
Valuable planning, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict export shipment deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and production/ERP reporting systems.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
