They create custom care plans, run therapy sessions, and teach patients and families exercises to improve speech clarity, language understanding, and protected eating.

Responsibilities
Evaluate Patients: Test and observe patients to find speech, sound, fluency, or swallowing problems.
Build Treatment Plans: Design custom goals and exercises for each patient.
Provide Therapy: Guide clients through vocal, articulation, and muscle-strengthening exercises.
Track Progress: Write notes on patient sessions and update care plans over time.
Educate Families: Teach parents and caregivers home strategies to support ongoing progress.
Collaborate:



Work with teachers, doctors, and other health professionals.

Job Requirements
Education: Master's degree in speech-language pathology or speech therapy.
Licensing: Valid state license, registration, or national certification (like CCC-SLP).
Skills: Strong active listening, patience, transparent communication, and record-keeping abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
