Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Serve food and beverages as per the restaurant's service standards.
Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guests when required.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
Check guest satisfaction and respond to requests courteously.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all times.
Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant as required.
Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment carefully.
Support billing and payment collection procedures when assigned.
Monitor stock of service items and report shortages or damages.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
