Position: Special Educator

Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Special Education from a recognized institution.
Active CRR Registration Number (mandatory).
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Priority will be given to candidates specialized and trained in Mental Retardation (MR).

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and support students with special needs in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s requirements.
Provide one-on-one and group interventions to enhance academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaborate with subject teachers to adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies for inclusive education.
Conduct orientation sessions and workshops for teachers and parents on inclusive practices.
Maintain detailed records of student assessments, interventions, and progress reports for compliance and audits.




Ensure integration of special needs students into mainstream classrooms wherever possible.
Provide counseling and behavioral support to students facing emotional or social challenges.
Stay updated with CBSE policies, inclusive education practices, and career development programes.

Employment Terms:
Full time position.
Remuneration as per institutional norms and candidate’s qualifications/experience.

Pay: ₹12,876.88 - ₹42,268.12 per month
