The SCM Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the procurement, inventory, logistics, and material flow activities to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and timely delivery of raw materials.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up on purchase orders.
Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams to meet manufacturing schedules.
Track incoming and outgoing materials and maintain accurate records.
Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to customers.
Analyze supply chain data and prepare MIS reports.
Identify prospects to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs,



and quality standards.

Required Skills
Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
Understanding of procurement and vendor management processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, SAP, or other inventory management systems.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
