Agent Network Management: Recruit, train, and manage chit agents to expand market reach and drive sales volumes.
Catchment Marketing: Plan and execute local promotional events, outdoor campaigns, and field sales activities to build brand awareness.
Chit Group Filling: Ensure rapid completion and closure of chit groups to enable timely auction scheduling.
Customer Relationship Management: Advise prospective clients on suitable chit schemes, bidding processes, and dividend perks.
Collection Coordination: Collaborate with collection teams to ensure timely payment of monthly installments by subscribers.




Documentation & Verification: Oversee background checks, KYC compliance, and collection of necessary security documents for chit prize money releases.
Team Leadership: Monitor sales team performance, set targets, and provide direct field support to close high-value accounts.
