Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and other departments.
Monitor guest check-in, check-out, service quality, and overall guest satisfaction.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, shift schedules, and operational requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely supply and maintenance support.
Maintain daily operational records, reports, and documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
