We are looking for an experienced AGM/DGM – CMAS & SCADA to lead centralised performance analytics, CMAS governance, and SCADA reliability across Solar & Wind assets.

Strategic and techno-functional leadership role, with CMAS as the core focus, responsible for driving data-driven performance optimisation, digital monitoring frameworks, and portfolio-level insights.

The role will ensure high data integrity, system reliability, and actionable intelligence to maximise generation and minimise losses across the renewable portfolio

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Engineering (Master’s preferred).
15–18 years of experience in Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind).
Robust expertise in CMAS platforms, performance analytics, and data governance (must-have).
Proven experience in managing SCADA systems, integrations, and communication protocols.
Demonstrated leadership in portfolio performance optimisation and digital transformation initiatives.
Solid stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
