MIYO Dessert Bar is a "freestyle" dessert spot in Mumbai that has gained viral popularity for its "build-your-own" concept. Instead of a fixed menu, it operates like a bar where you customize your own dessert bowls using premium bases and toppings.

About the Job Role:

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and support daily operations.

Specific Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve desserts promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Assist customers with menu choices and answer questions about ingredients and specials
Handle billing, payments, and POS systems responsibly
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations
Follow hygiene, safety,



and food handling standards at all times
Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure timely service
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
