Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/conversion targets.
Coordinate with the Academic Counselling and Sales teams.

Requirements
Any Degree preferred.
Excellent Malayalam communication is essential; English is an advantage.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.




Target-oriented and self-motivated.
EdTech, telecalling, counselling, or sales experience is an advantage.
