Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business prospects, developing relationships with PCD Pharma distributors, franchise partners, and healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads for PCD Pharma Franchise business through tele-calling, online portals.
Identify and appoint current PCD Pharma distributors and franchise partners across India.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Explain product features, pricing, promotional schemes, and company policies to customers.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts departments to ensure timely order processing and payment collection.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain daily call reports and sales activity reports.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.




Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification
With excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in PCD Pharma or pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
