We’re looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller with excellent communication skills who can also manage our Social Media Platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, enquiries & follow-ups
Communicate professionally with customers
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other social media platforms
Create and publish basic social media content
Handle comments, messages & customer engagement
Support online promotion and brand activities
Requirements:
Prior experience in Telecalling / Customer Handling / Social Media Management
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Positive knowledge of social media platforms
Confident, positive & customer-friendly personality
Valuable follow-up and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
