Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional, Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration options.
Experience in customizing Salesforce applications to meet diverse business needs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues within Salesforce environments.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce ecosystems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
