Central Operations Executive

Location: Mumbai- Kurla West

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business performance and achieve operational targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve performance goals.
Coordinate with Leaders to track patient progress and ensure timely updates.
Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and teams.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
Support teams in improving productivity and performance.
Drive sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Operations, Team Management, or Healthcare Operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a robust sales orientation.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
