Responsible for collections and recovery of overdue EMIs from assigned customer accounts.
Aim to maximize profitability by reducing delinquencies.
Plan, organize, and oversee field visits to customers for EMI collection.
Regularly follow up with default customers to ensure timely payments.
Ensure collection efficiency while complying with company policies and guidelines.
Track and manage overdue accounts (specific buckets) in the assigned area.
Trace absconded defaulters and initiate recovery actions.
Recommend and coordinate legal action for non-recoverable accounts.
Follow up with the legal team for closure of legal cases.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
