Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Panchkula, IT Park
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Night Shift 5:30pm to 2:30AM)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to manage and maintain company databases, generate insights from data, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess solid analytical skills, excellent command of advanced Excel, and a solid understanding of database structures and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of data
Clean, organize, and validate data to support reporting and analytics needs
Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, etc.) to analyze large data sets and generate meaningful insights
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for business teams and management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver customized solutions
Identify trends, anomalies,



and opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis
Ensure data quality and compliance with data governance policies
Assist in automating reports and dashboards to improve efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Robust verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
