Design and develop engaging social media creatives, including posts, ads, and campaign visuals, aligned with brand aesthetics.
Create dynamic FLYY contest creatives to boost engagement and participation.
Design website and in-app creatives that enhance user experience and visual appeal.
Develop ID cards, banners, and office collaterals as per organizational needs.
Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time with a high standard of design quality and consistency
Collaborate with various teams to understand project requirements and provide creative design solutions.

Requirements
Proven graphic design experience of at least 1 year, with a robust portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW), Canva,



and other art software; experience with Blender is a bonus.
Strong creative skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visuals based on project requirements.
Keen attention to aesthetics and detail, ensuring high-quality output in all design work.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
