Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be a energetic leader with a passion for customer service, team development, and achieving sales targets. The Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers, managing staff, maintaining store standards, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work workplace.
Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement effective strategies to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered, promptly addressing customer inquiries,



feedback, and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, merchandising, and conducting regular stock counts and audits to minimize shrinkage.
Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to create an attractive, organized, and engaging store setting that enhances the customer experience.
Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash management, and ensure all financial transactions are processed correctly.
Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, safety, and security, identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Assist with staff scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Generate and analyze operational reports, providing insights and recommendations to upper management on store performance and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.
