Application Processing: Prepare and review visa applications for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Documentation & Compliance: Verify the authenticity of documents, process legal forms, and ensure compliance with respective Gulf immigration laws.
Liaison: Coordinate directly with embassies, consulates, and local PROs (Public Relations Officers) for visa stamping and status updates.
Travel Logistics: Manage flight bookings, travel insurance, and "OK to Board" processes for applicants.
Client Advisory: Counsel clients or employees on visa requirements, processing times, and document checklists.
Experience: Typically 5 years of experience in visa processing, global mobility, or immigration.
Knowledge: Familiarity with GCC labor laws, business visa requirements, and local government portals (e.g., MOFA, Absher).
