E-commerce Catalog Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Catalog Executive to manage product listings across online marketplaces and our website. The role involves creating, updating, and optimizing product catalogs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
Upload and maintain product details including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and attributes.
Ensure accuracy of product data and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
Optimize product listings with relevant keywords for better visibility and sales.
Coordinate with design, inventory, and operations teams for smooth catalog management.
Monitor and update stock availability and pricing.
Handle catalog-related issues, errors, product suppression, and listing corrections.
Manage multiple SKUs efficiently while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




1 – 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce catalog management.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and cataloging processes.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP and basic formulas preferred).
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple SKUs efficiently.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience with seller panels such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.
Experience in product categorization and attribute mapping.

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Catalog Management.

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
