Position Title:

Primary Teacher (All Subjects)

Job Summary:

A Primary Teacher is responsible for teaching and guiding students of primary classes while creating a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning setting. The teacher will handle multiple subjects, support students’ overall development, and encourage academic excellence along with moral values and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach all primary-level subjects effectively using interactive teaching methods.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and classroom activities.
Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
Assess and monitor students’ academic performance and progress.
Encourage participation, creativity, and critical thinking among students.
Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and maintain records.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.




Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Support the school’s academic goals and values.

Basic Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
D.El.Ed./B.Ed. preferred.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Passion for teaching and handling young learners.

Preferred Skills:
Strong classroom management skills.
Creative and activity-based teaching approach.
Patience, teamwork, and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to teach multiple subjects effectively.
