Job Description – RMA Executive

Position: RMA Executive

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Handle RMA requests and process returned devices efficiently.
Diagnose and categorize returned products.
Coordinate with repair and service teams for timely resolution.
Maintain RMA documentation and inventory records.
Ensure proper tracking of repaired and replacement devices.

Required Skills
Tech-savvy with sound computer knowledge.
Valuable understanding of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Additional Requirement (RMA Role)
Candidates must have experience in the Mobile Repair Industry or a mobile handset repair/service center background.
Knowledge of mobile device troubleshooting and repair processes will be preferred.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience in , RMA, Electronics, Mobile Repair, or Service Center operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,029.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
