Job description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in inbound voice process. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customers' queries and providing timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities :
Responding to customers' queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.




Providing customer service through phone calls.
Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements:
Graduate or Undergraduate qualification.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
