Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Privacy & Security Specialist to support Privacy-by-Design and RBAC implementation across an enterprise analytics platform using Snowflake and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities
Assess existing privacy policies, RBAC frameworks, data classification, and access controls.
Translate policies into executable controls across Snowflake and Tableau.
Design and implement RBAC, Row-Level Security (RLS), data masking, tagging, and classification.
Apply privacy controls across Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers and reporting assets.
Define and operationalize PHI, PII, and PCI classification standards.
Review and enhance existing RBAC frameworks and extend controls across dashboards, personas, and data domains.




Create reusable SOPs, playbooks, and governance artifacts.
Collaborate with business, technical, data, and privacy stakeholders.

Required Skills
6+ years in Data Privacy / Data Security / Governance.
Solid experience with Snowflake security and RBAC.
Experience with Tableau security and persona-based access.
Hands-on knowledge of RLS, column-level masking, data tagging, and classification.
Solid understanding of PHI/PII/PCI data protection.
Experience working with data engineering and analytics teams.
Solid stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
