Job Description:

Lumel is inviting applications from 2026 graduating freshers for its Star Hire Program. This program is designed to onboard high-potential engineering graduates who demonstrate solid coding skills and a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions.

The selected candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain up-to-date web and enterprise applications.

Eligibility Criteria:

BE / B.Tech graduates in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT)

Graduation year: 2026

Key Skills Required:
Strong programming fundamentals (Data Structures & Algorithms)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Hands-on experience in either
.NET / .NET Core / C# (Backend development)
Rust
Understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Basic knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:




Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers
Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices
Debug, test, and optimize application performance
