Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Horticultural Assistant for our farmhouse. The role requires hands-on work along with basic supervision. Preference will be given to candidates interested in gardening and farming work.

Key Responsibilities:
Care of plants, lawns, flowers, fruits, and vegetables
Seasonal Planting, watering, pruning, weeding, and garden maintenance
Regular monitoring of plant and crop health
Operate tools and small machinery for basic farming needs
Basic landscaping and farm support work
Keep stock of seeds, fertilizers, and other supplies
Maintaining cleanliness of farm and garden areas
Work actively – not just supervising but performing tasks independently

Requirements:
Interest in horticulture, gardening, farming




Basic dairy experience is a strong plus
Must be physically fit and willing to do outdoor manual labor
Honest, responsible, able to follow routines and willing to learn
Able to work with minimal supervision and take initiative
BSc Horticulture is a plus
Basic reading/writing in Hindi/English preferred
Basic plant knowledge preferred
