Sales Manager – IELTS / PTE / CELPIP

LinguoPrep | Full time | Remote | ₹25,000–₹35,000/month + Performance Growth

Mandatory Experience
Minimum 2 years in IELTS/PTE/CELPIP, language training, study abroad, immigration, admissions or education counselling sales
Minimum 1 year managing a sales/counselling team
Experience handling inbound student leads through calls and WhatsApp
Experience managing follow-ups, demos, enrollments and monthly sales targets
Solid student counselling, objection-handling and closing skills

Candidates with only Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Retail, Telecom, BPO, FMCG or general B2B sales experience will not be considered.

Role

The Sales Manager will take complete ownership of LinguoPrep’s sales team and student enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities:
Manage and monitor sales counsellors
Distribute and track leads
Improve lead utilization and follow-ups




Monitor Lead → Contact → Demo → Enrollment conversion
Coach low-performing counsellors
Handle key student counselling/closing calls
Improve demo attendance and demo-to-enrollment conversion
Track counsellor-wise targets and conversion %
Maintain accurate CRM/sales reports
Coordinate with the academic team
Achieve monthly team enrollment targets

Preference: Candidates currently or previously working with an IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, language-training, study-abroad or immigration company.
