Key Responsibilities:
Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.
Plan daily menus based on available ingredients and staff preferences.
Purchase or coordinate the purchase of groceries and kitchen supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Follow proper food-storage and food-safety practices.
Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.
Maintain basic records of groceries and kitchen expenses, where required.
Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
Handle kitchen equipment safely.
Report shortages, equipment problems, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
