Job Summary

Design, implement, and support Laboratory Informatics platforms (OpenLab, Zontal) and scientific instrument integrations.Develop and maintain data integration, data movement, and laboratory data pipeline solutions.Configure and manage SMB/CIFS, NFS, and AWS storage services (S3, EFS, FSx, EBS).Create and maintain SDLC, validation documentation, SOPs, and GxP compliance artifacts .Troubleshoot storage, integration, networking, and operational issues in regulated settings.Develop automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell , and Infrastructure as Code tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver laboratory and infrastructure solutions.

Lead and manage a team of technical professionals working on sql, data analysis, and python projects
Design, develop, and implement complex sql queries and scripts for data analysis
Analyze data sets using python to extract valuable insights and patterns
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
