Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain IT products, services, and solutions to customers in a simple and professional manner.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable IT solutions.
Generate interest and schedule meetings/demos wherever required.
Maintain customer and lead information in the company database/CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
Handle basic customer queries related to IT services.
Maintain professional communication with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Achieve good customer engagement and provide a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are welcome.
Valuable Hindi & English speaking skills.




Confident and polite communication style.
Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Freshers can apply; previous telecalling, sales, BPO or IT sales experience will be an advantage.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
