We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in running lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate should understand campaign optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, and lead quality improvement, especially for education-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and optimize Meta lead generation campaigns
Improve lead quality and reduce cost per qualified lead
Test audiences, creatives, hooks, and ad structures
Work closely with the content team for campaign execution
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Scale high-performing campaigns efficiently
Handle lead form and WhatsApp-based campaignsRequired Skills
Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in education or EdTech campaigns is an advantage
Familiarity with WhatsApp campaigns and instant forms
Basic understanding of Pixel / tracking setup preferred
Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
Knowledge of audience targeting and campaign optimization
Understanding of CPL, CTR, conversion metrics, and scaling




Ability to analyze campaign performance and take data-driven decisions
