We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students, convert leads into admissions, and achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Conduct course presentations and explain fees, curriculum and career opportunities.
Handle student/parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain lead and admission records in CRM.
Participate in seminars, webinars, education fairs and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admissions.





Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in education sales, counselling, EdTech or tele-sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.
