Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and the OT team during surgical procedures.
Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of the operation theatre.
Maintain aseptic techniques and infection-control standards.
Handle surgical instruments and equipment efficiently.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare staff.
Maintain OT records and ensure patient safety.
Requirements:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Valid Kerala Nursing Council registration
Relevant experience in Operation Theatre preferred
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
