We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and professional Spa Therapist cum Receptionist to deliver exceptional wellness services while ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing appointments, handling calls and inquiries, processing payments, maintaining customer records, and coordinating daily spa operations. In addition to front desk responsibilities, the candidate should be skilled in providing spa treatments such as body massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client confidentiality. The role also includes preparing treatment rooms, recommending suitable treatments and retail products, promoting spa packages and memberships,



maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean, relaxing, and skilled spa workplace. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, have a positive attitude with a strong service mindset, and be able to work adaptable shifts. Previous experience in a spa, salon, wellness center, or hospitality industry, along with relevant beauty or massage therapy certifications, will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
