Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sewing Technician with strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, sewing operations, size-set development, line setting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Attend Pre-Production (PP) meetings and provide technical inputs.
Conduct risk analysis for each garment style before production.
Check patterns before size-set cutting.
Inspect size-set cut panels for accuracy and quality.
Ensure size-set preparation follows the flow chart and Operation Bulletin (OB).
Maintain before- and after-ironing specifications.
Ensure the size-set passes correctly on the first attempt.
Support line setting and ensure the defined production process is followed.
Train and guide operators on critical sewing operations.
Develop multi-skilled operators to improve workforce flexibility.




Identify sewing and process challenges and implement practical solutions.
Develop and use folders, guides, templates, and attachments to improve operations.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve technical issues.
Support required quality and production standards.

Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing or textile production.
Strong knowledge of sewing operations and garment construction.
Experience in size-set preparation, line setting, pattern checking, and operation analysis.
Ability to train operators and support multi-skilled workforce development.
Good understanding of garment specifications and quality requirements.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced manufacturing setting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
