Conduct organic synthesis experiments to develop and optimize routes for API synthesis.
Design and execute experiments to scale-up synthesis processes from laboratory to pilot plant scale.
Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process development, analytical chemistry, and manufacturing to support project objectives.
Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, observations, and results in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Stay updated with relevant scientific literature and contribute to the intellectual property portfolio of the company through patent filings and publications.
