Operations Manager – Pharma Industry

Job Description:
Manage and oversee day-to-day pharmaceutical operations and production activities.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Monitor manpower, raw materials, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Control operational costs and improve productivity and processes.
Prepare MIS and operational reports for management.
Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational goals.

Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech / relevant qualification
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Location: Delhi/NCR

Pay: ₹15,317.02 - ₹58,675.65 per month
