Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to develop visually engaging designs for media, digital campaigns, social media, branding, and promotional content. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of professional experience with a robust portfolio and excellent understanding of visual communication.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, print media, websites, and promotional materials.
Develop creative concepts, layouts, visual identities, and campaign designs.
Work closely with the Content, Marketing, Video, and Media teams to understand creative requirements.
Design social media posts, banners, thumbnails, brochures, presentations, posters, and other marketing collateral.
Maintain brand guidelines, typography, colour schemes, and visual consistency across all creatives.
Review creative briefs and convert concepts into visually appealing designs.
Make design modifications based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
Support photo editing, image manipulation, retouching, and basic visual effects.
Guide junior designers and review their work when required.
Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.




Stay updated with current graphic design, media, advertising, and social media trends.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of qualified experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Publishing, or Creative Agencies.
Robust portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
Robust understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition, and branding.
Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
